SinusMax - Superior engineering
Developed for professional duty, the Phoenix range of inverters is suitable for the widest range of applications. The design criteria have been to produce a true sine wave inverter with optimised efficiency but without compromise in performance. Employing hybrid HF technology, the result is a top quality product with compact dimensions, light in weight and capable of supplying power, problem free, to any load.
Extra start-up power
A unique feature of the SinusMax technology is very high start-up power. Conventional high frequency technology does not offer such extreme performance. Phoenix inverters, however, are well suited to power up difficult loads such as refrigeration compressors, electric motors and similar appliances.
Parallel and 3-phase operation capability
Up to 6 Phoenix Inverters can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Six 24V 5000VA units, for example, will provide 24kW / 30kVA output power. Operation in 3-phase configuration is also possible.
Communications interface
These larger Phoenix inverter models come with a VE.Bus port. All you need to connect to your PC is our MK3-USB VE.Bus to USB interface (see under accessories). Together with our VictronConnect or VEConfigure software, which can be downloaded free of charge from our website, parameters of the inverters can be customized. This includes output voltage and frequency, over and under voltage settings and programming the relay. This relay can for example be used to signal several alarm conditions, or to start a generator. The inverters can also be connected to a GX device (eg Cerbo GX) for monitoring and control.

Below are our policies. We always strive for the best customer service possible.
Boater Stop, LLC accepts returns for up to thirty (30) days after shipment. For defective or damaged items, we will provide a return label. For mis-ordered or cancelled orders, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Products:
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for defective items or items damaged in shipping. Return instructions and a label will be provided by Boater Stop, LLC.
Non-Defective/Mis-ordered Products:
Eligible non-defective products may be returned for a full refund minus shipping paid (if any). To be eligible for a non-defective return, your merchandise must be unused/unopened and must be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective returns.
Cancellations:
We will do our best to cancel an order, but we do process your orders within minutes of you placing them. Please contact us ASAP to get your order cancelled. If an order has been processed or shipped prior to cancellation, the non-defective product policy will apply.
Restocking Fees:
Boater Stop, LLC does not charge restocking fees.
International Orders:
Boater Stop, LLC does not accept returns on international orders.
