K.O. utilizes live, odor-killing bacteria that digest liquids, solid waste, and paper, totally emulsifying them so there's no need to add tissue digesters or other boosters to your system. The bacteria in K.O. neutralize the odor-causing elements in waste, effectively converting the contents of your holding tank to an odor-free product. Chemicals only mask the odor temporarily. Although they kill odor-causing bacteria, chemicals also kill other bacteria that suppress odor. Chemicals can cause the odor problems you're trying to solve! Enzymes stimulate the breakdown of waste already in the tank, but are not effective against odor, and are diluted by new waste as it is added.

Boater Stop, LLC accepts returns for up to thirty (30) days after shipment. For defective or damaged items, we will provide a return label. For mis-ordered or cancelled orders, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Products:
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for defective items or items damaged in shipping. Return instructions and a label will be provided by Boater Stop, LLC.
Non-Defective/Mis-ordered Products:
Eligible non-defective products may be returned for a full refund minus shipping paid (if any). To be eligible for a non-defective return, your merchandise must be unused/unopened and must be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective returns.
Cancellations:
We will do our best to cancel an order, but we do process your orders within minutes of you placing them. Please contact us ASAP to get your order cancelled. If an order has been processed or shipped prior to cancellation, the non-defective product policy will apply.
Restocking Fees:
Boater Stop, LLC does not charge restocking fees.
International Orders:
Boater Stop, LLC does not accept returns on international orders.
