Is a TV or Sonar LCD included?
No, these items are pictured for reference only. A compatible TV or Sonar System is required for viewing and is sold separately.
How do I power the Multi-Vu Pro?
Included is a 110V power cable designed to connect the MV Pro directly to any 110V power system. Also included is a 12V Auxiliary adaptor for additional power options.
Which cables are included?
Cables included in the box: 110V power cable, a 12V auxiliary power adaptor, and a waterproof HDMI Cable.

Below are our policies. We always strive for the best customer service possible.
Boater Stop, LLC accepts returns for up to thirty (30) days after shipment. For defective or damaged items, we will provide a return label. For mis-ordered or cancelled orders, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Products:
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for defective items or items damaged in shipping. Return instructions and a label will be provided by Boater Stop, LLC.
Non-Defective/Mis-ordered Products:
Eligible non-defective products may be returned for a full refund minus shipping paid (if any). To be eligible for a non-defective return, your merchandise must be unused/unopened and must be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective returns.
Cancellations:
We will do our best to cancel an order, but we do process your orders within minutes of you placing them. Please contact us ASAP to get your order cancelled. If an order has been processed or shipped prior to cancellation, the non-defective product policy will apply.
Restocking Fees:
Boater Stop, LLC does not charge restocking fees.
International Orders:
Boater Stop, LLC does not accept returns on international orders.
